Our customers often want us to lead the entire process of building their communications network, starting with a complete assessment of existing tools and unmet needs. Although not part of every TEC project, our ASSES process is critical for companies that don’t know where to begin and/or don’t have on-staff IT knowledge and support. We can include our ASSES services as part of any project — small or large, short-term or long-term — and for any type of application we support.

Our ASSES services are:

• Readiness Review: A written assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of your existing technology.

• Site Survey: A survey of your site’s wireless capabilities that we conduct using wireless technology. This happens before and after a new Wi-Fi network is installed.

• Network Design: A complete design from the ground up. We provide a written description of the solution along with a full Bill of Materials of the hardware, software and support needed to complete the solution.
